Terms of use

Effective October 16, 2026

Plainline is operated by Plainlineops LLC (state registration in progress). "We", "us" and "our" mean Plainlineops LLC. These terms cover your use of this website and its live demo. By using the site, you agree to them.

The live demo

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to get around usage limits, overloading or attacking the site, scraping it, sending spam through the contact form, or using the demo to produce harmful or illegal content.

Our content

The site's text, design and code belong to Plainlineops LLC. You may view and share links to the site, but not copy or resell its content without our written permission.

Paid services

Paid plans, assistant setups and any other paid work are covered by a separate written agreement signed before the plan or work starts. These terms don't create a service agreement.

No warranty

The site and demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Plainlineops LLC and its members, managers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or demo. Using the site and demo is free, so our total liability for any claim about them is limited to what you paid us to use them: nothing. If you buy a paid plan to run the assistant yourself, or have us build one for you, the liability terms in that written agreement apply to that work instead. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

Privacy

How we handle information is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
